Its main mission is to ensure a viable long-term business group, protecting the general interests of the company and the values and culture of the organisation.
Its functions include the defining of company strategies, supporting the definition of the company mission and philosophy and maintaining a good relationship between family ownership and the firm.
It consists of members representing the family and external board members.
